Location of Computer 1996 Stratus

Please Could any onetell me where the exact location of the PCM, The ECM, or Brain Box is located on my daughters 1996 Stratus with the 2.4. I think the PCM is located under the hood but is the box located under the Big Fuse Box under the hood? Is there another computer located under the Dash inside the car? Any help will be greatly appreciated. The car starts and dies after 5 seconds and the headlights flash and all I have is the keyless entry system and the remote has been lost Thanks Folks[/align]

i have a 98 2.4 dohc... im assuming it the same motor setup.... it should be.....

open hood..... find driver headlight / air filter..... area.... ...well look for the positive jumper location.... directly on left, look for the metal box which had the weird little prongs, is the pcm... in the middle should be fuse pannel/box ....on the right of that should be 2 plugs in ...the one closest to the front bumper is the ecm..... just pop the hood, stand in front of driver headlight a look directly down and there it is.... also behind the fuse pannel, is the main operating relay box, should have 4 major relays..has a black cover on it... but to access you need to remove air box...


now what does this mean? "and all I have is the keyless entry system and the remote has been lost " you cant get in the vehicle?.. almosty sounds like some one wired an alarm system wrong..and its shorting out your main electrical feeds to pcm? dont bet the bank on that tho..
also i would check for proper ground threw entire system...
