2001 dodge stratus not firing

got a 2001 dodge stratus 2.4 dohcand coil will not send current to spark plug 2 & 3,1 & 4 getcurrent.Changed cam and crank sensor, also changed coil and still does the same. Anyone know what could be wrong?

Hello,
I have a 1995 Stratus that had a bad wire in the harness next to the fuse box. It also did not start.It is the connector that has lots of small wires in it. One of them was not pushed down enough to make contact. I pushed it down with a thin, small tool, with a point on it. It was the third one down from the top of the connector, on the right side, if you were facing the front of the car.
