Has any one replaced their rear drums for disks and if you have how much and/or how hard was it to do?

I did. It wasnt bad. You can find a setup at a junkyard for about $200 usually. You can use anything of a 1995-2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I love my setup. Ill type up a how to.
