Default Full Synthetic......

If anyone has any qualms about switching to full synthetic, dont worry. My stratus just turned 150,000 miles and i switched. I figured fugg it. No more noisy cold minnesota starts, no engine noise, and it runs smoother! Oh yeah i found a cheap ass CAI on ebay... The shipping is more than the cost of the piece! Of course it comeswith a cheap filter so i will fork out the dough on a K&N, and will it be a noticable power increase right away? If not, how long will it take to notice? I have a 2000 2.4 automatic. Im going to try it.... Oh yeah theres a bunch of intakes on here for other engines too.

Why the double post?

You will not notice a "power" increase with any intake, exhaust, etc...for this car. The CPU corrects itself. I have been running Royal Purple since the first oil change. Studies show that full synthetic will outperform dyno oil every time, common knowledge.

I want a car that runs on Bar-B-Q sauce...the emissions would smell delicious.

Ahh but i have noticed a power increase!! When i bought the car, I could fit 2 quarters wide between the spark plugs! Needless to say my gas mileage almost doubled, and had a huge increase in power, so ive been really in tune with this engine. I have no idea what the hp/torque increase is, but its noticeable. Definitely.
