Default Car idles, press on gas it stalls- HELP

Hi Everyone,

I have found this forum to be very useful. I appreciate any feedback I can get with this issue as I am going on almost 2 weeks without driving my baby.

04 stratus sxt coupe, "G"

When SES light came on a couple months ago I had a bussy hook up the computer- it was a p301 I believe- I know it was for the o2 sensor (the one in front right when you open the hood, can't miss it)

I do not know if this can cause this issue with my car now... I had someone tell me maybe the distributor?

Anyways- could this be considered as part of the "Drivetrain"? If so It's under warranty still so I'll just have it toed by roadside.

Thank you very much!

I had this happen the other day. turns out mine was only that my mass airflow sensor wasn't reading pressure due ot a disconnected hose which was caused by constant Michigan pot holes and I guess the clamp was just getting loose [:@]

Hello!

Have you checked to see if there's enough fuel pressure? Maybe it's the fuel pump. It happened to me and the computer detected the malfunction as a poor fuel mixture, sometimes it thinks that it's the o2 sensor that's wrong, but in fact it could be that the injectors are running out of fuel due to lack of good pressure.

Hope this helps a bit.
