Default Dead

Ok here's what I have ... 99 Stratus, 2.4 DOHC, 138000.
Here’s the problem, about a month ago the car just died as in it turns over but won't fire off.
I have gas, compression, spark, correct ohms off primary and secondary coils and still nothing.
I have replaced fuel pump, regular, filter, plugs, wires, crank sensor, cam sensor and had the computer flashed.
Had the water pump and timing belt with tensioner replaced 2000 miles ago?
I have been told that the timing is controlled by the computer ... is this to be true? Have inspected the timing and belt looks new still but in turning over by hand can't seem to get the timing marks to match up.
Can anyone please help me with this?!
