Default Stratus Will not start

I have a 1995 Stratus ES with 2.5L V6.

We just replaced the fuel pump and Fuel filter. Upon testing, car would not start. I pulled 2 plugs and grounded them. There is no spark. The car has a brand new distibutor on it as well as a new dist. rotor button.

I tested the electrical connector to the distributor, one pin shows 5 Volts.

Can anyone offer some ideas or a step by step approach tofinding the issue?

thank you.

if the engine won’t turn over at all, that should be pretty easy to find during a simple electrical system test that your mechanic can do for you pretty quickly and inexpensively.
