2004 Stratus V6 - Won't Start

The car was running and just stopped, I have a new battery, checked all the fuses, inside and out, no sound at all when key is turned, lights,horn,windows work, I do have shop manuals, but cannot find any kind of diagnostic procedure to follow on what to check next. Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated...Thanks ahead.

Check your fault codes. If no codes exist check fuel pressure on fuel rail.
