Default Idle Speed reset

I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT 2.4L. I had to take out the battery to replace the thermostat, and now the engine likes to stall at idle. This happened all of a sudden, and has never happened before I replaced my thermostat. Is there a do-it-yourself way to reset the idle speed?

Coupe? If so, let it run for 15 minutes. The ECU needs to relearn itself. I personally have never had the problem, but others have.

Sedan? Beats me. Did you hook something up wrong?

Well, I ran it a few times now, and it seems to be okay. It still idles lower than it did before, but it hasn't stalled out yet. And it's a coupe
