'04 Stratus R/T Coupe Exhaust Noise

Recently my engine sounds a lot louder, feels like it has more snap off the line, and I feel a slight vibration when accelerating in the gas pedal. Anyone have any issues with exhaust leaks, muffler issues, etc? 75000 miles.
