temp sensor

OK finally got a flush and fill on my Stratus R/T... helped a lot.... and I guess Ihave an over sensitive temp gauge.... but the temp still goes higher than I would like when stopped... about 208 now.... does anyone know if they low temp fan sensor for these? The info someone told me about it is that it should kick on at 230.... mine does it at about 208.... I would like to get it down to around 195-200.... or do you think if I went with a 170 thermostat if that would do it.... thanks Rick
