Default over/undersized bearings, how to tell

I am rebuilding my 2.7 Magnum motor in my 03 Stratus. I have a bad rod bearing, and am getting ready to order parts. My question is how do I know if I have over or undersized bearings?
All but 1 of the rod bearings are fine. 1 of them was toast. The crank is fine, so just going to do a basic rebuild for now.
The rod bearings are stamped 03-07, under that is AS124A, and under that is 0.25.
Now I am pretty sure 0.25 does not indicate under or over sized. So do I just have standard bearings in there?
Motor only has 80,xxx miles. Car is immaculate, but, had some sludge buildup that I assume destroyed the bearing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
