Default Port and Polish

What exactly is a port and polish? i know it has something to do with your headers. and how much power could you gain from gettin it?

A port and polish has nothing to do with headers. Basically they port (make bigger) the heads (intake, exhaust valves, sometimes the intake manifold as well) They also polish the metal surfaces so they flow better and provide less friction.

Bingo. I did this to my dirtbike. There is a lip on either the head or the intake manifold, and basically all you do is flush them up together. More even direct flow.

i guess i confused the heads and headers haha. how much does this cost?
