Default Timing belt seems to be riding too close to rear cover.

http://www.almostreal.com/belt.html

Can anyone tell me if this is the correct position of the belt on the cam
sprockets. It seems to be riding too close to the rear timing belt cover?

If its not, how do I adjust so that it rides on the center of the cams. Do I loosen the bolt on the tensioner? Or do I loosen the bolt on the idler pulley.

What a pain the Hole! Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
