2002 Stratus 2.4 L Check Engine light and backfiring

I got a 2002 stratus 2.4 L got a check engine light ran code and stated a misfire in cylinder 2. Changed plugs,coil and wires still there. Also starting to backfire and sometime loss of power! Any help would be great.
