Default 1998 stratus es no start somtimes

I have a 98 stratus that Ive sent to at least 3 diffrent mechanics in the area and they have no clue or are just to lazy to figure it out. Anyway The car starts 98 percent of the time but on occasion will just sit there and crank and crank and crank. IT IS GETTING FUEL. IT IS NOT GETTING SPARK! It can be in the morning when its cold or in some cases its after ive drove it around for awhile, stopped to run into a store then try to turn it on. And can be wet or dry cold or hot. It turns over just fine. Ive swapped the asd relay with a diffrent relay, I have had the distributer replace. Would the PCM cause this from not sending spark out on a intermitant basis? Once the car starts It dose not die. It will stay running. Please point me in the right direction!

the hardest thing for a mech to fix it something that isn't broke when the have it. ya its really frustrating. i went to school to be a mech and i tinker on the side for extra money but i'm working as a industrial maint mechanic. the thing is you need to look at every part that could be an issue including wiring. i bought myself a snap-on solus which has paid for itself just in being able to fix my own stuff so i wouldnt have to pay someone for fixing it. my scanner has a record function where if i had your problem id have the scanner on it do a recording, download that info to a computer and analyze the graphs and be able to pickout the glitch.
