Defrost light

Hello everyone,I have an 02' Stratus SE V6. Recently the defrost light stop coming on(well it does every once in a while)I can still hear and feel the air coming out. I took off the dash part that surrounds the stereo and opened it and there are three lights inside and they are all blown,is this the problem for the light issue or is it a fuse problem?

Most of the bulbs in my '00 were burned out. They were just that, burned out bulbs. I would change them (it's cheap, ~1$/bulb) and if they blow out quickly again, than you've narrowed it down to something else, however unlikely.
