Default 2000 Stratus rumbling noise from rear

I have a 2000 Stratus that's making a rumbling noise from the rear of the car. Thought at first maybe it had something to do with the back tires I recenty had put on as they are a different tire from what's on the front. I rotated the tires this weekend hoping to correct the issue and get the noise to stop, but no luck. The noise sounds like the rumble you get from running an agressive tread pattern tire or an off road tire on dry pavement. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the noise is very annoying but this is my daughter's car and I want to make sure there's not a seroius issue

Don't know if it matters but it's the 2.4 liter engine with 14 inch tires.
