Default Anybody ever do the tie rods on a Stratus?

I been hearing a strange clunking coming from the car while doing a tight radius turn in the parking lot. I think it could be the tie rods. Any tips on diagnosing and replacing the tie rods especially the inner tie rods. Thanx in advance!!!!

First I want to say sorry for the double posts!!!! I didn't see my post so I posted again sorry!!!! Reason I suspect the inner tie rods is because I took a quick look down there and saw while she turned the wheel the inner tie rod seemed to jump a lil. I couldn't tell for sure but I will have it up on Jacks this weekend. What could make the inner tie rod jump like that? It's like it gets stuck when rotating or something. Like there's too much pressure on it or something. Thanks again. I'll let you know!!!
