Default 95 Stratus wont start HELP!

I have a 95 startus that simply won't start. This winter i foolishly drove through a pile of snow the snow plow man had put in front of my driveway and boom the car quit and has not started since. There is no spark at the plugs, So far I have replaced the timing belt, and the camshaft sensor. I tested the ASD which checked out and there is no voltage to the coil. I also checked the voltage to the camshaft sensor, OK and also unhooked the plugs wires from the coil and tested the camshaft sensor while cranking. This checked out ok too. So far I have checked the voltage to the crankshaft sensor, which is OK. I am having a hard time backprobing the crankshaft sensor to check it while cranking as it is in an awkward position and I am working in my driveway. Any ideas here? Also I am afraid the PCM might be shot, Is there a place to rent the equipment necessary to test it? Can it be reset? Can I just get one from the junkyard and put it in? The car is a 95 but seems to actually be built like 96. Is there some way to tell which pcm I should get? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
