Default 1999 Status Timing Belt ?

I have a 99 Stratus (my wife's actually) with the 2.5l V-6 Mitsubushi motor and almost 150k. The owners manual says nothing about replacing timing belt (with that motor) It specifically says to change at 100k with the 2.0 or 2.4l motors. Anyone know bout the timing belt with this motor?

The motor in this car has been pretty good....use absolutely no oil so am thinking I should see bout replacing the belt. Overall the car has nickeled and dimed me to death along with some bigger repairs but if I am going to keep driving it (since its worth nothing) I should probably do some addt'l maintenance.

You are WAY overdue for a timing belt transplant; yours has become a time bomb.
