dash speakers?

there are two circular holes on my dash that I'm 90% sure are intended for tweeters, as though in the infinity sound system. If so, and I don't have the infinity system, are they already wired? Or is it something else?

i have the infinity system..and my tweeters are in the mirror backs...on the door. my dash only has a 6" speaker mounted in the center
