I have a couple of concerns with my 1997 Stratus. A little while ago the car give me this whining sound when i turn the steering wheel completely over. Never happens unless it is completely turned. And then last night While turn and listening to te whine a clicking sound started. One or two clicks when the wheel is turned then it stops. Any Ideas?
