Default Wiring Trailer Lights for 2001 Stratus

Hey, I am going to put a hitch on my 2001 4 door Stratus ES so I can pull a boat. I really don't know how to wire in the trailer lights. I believe I need to put a converter in it also. Does anyone know the wiring color codes for the tailights and turn signals? Thanks for the help.

Yes, 16 foot with a 50 horse motor. Do you think the car can handle it? I am guessing it weighs about 1200 lbs. One of my friends said it might be a little hard on the transmission. Most agree it should be able to handle it though.
