installing cd player in 2000 stratus

i think i'm missing something but i got the wiring adapter and when you hook up all the wires only the tweeters or w/e component speakers in the dash work, the rear speakers barley work, and the door speakers don't work at all. The cd player is only made for front and rear but is there ne way you can get them all to work properly. without splicing into the factory wiring. Thanks in advance for ne info. Tony
