location of stratus r/t fuse boxes

ok
my sisters boyfriend is having trouble with his 2001 stratus r/t
the fan for the a/c and heat won't work/turn on
he needs to find the location of the fuse boxes on his car.
can anyone here help?
hes having alot of trouble and needs to defog his windows in the morning
if you have ANY suggestions AT all, please please please help...

there is one on the drivers side of the dash..open the door, and there is what appears to be a handle on the end of the dash..pull that out...

also, there is one under the hood, also on the drivers side...its a black box, about 8 inches by 6 inches...

yea, he found those two, but he talked to the dealer, and they said there where five.
does the dealer just want him to spend money for the freaking electric schematics book?

FIVE fuse boxes? im afraid that ive never heard of that...im sorry.

Sounds like a blower resistor problem. One way to help figure it out is look in the owners manual and see what other things are on the same circiut with blower for the heat and see if those item function ok.
