for the timing marks....the cam gears have a groove in them make sure there facing eash other and for the crank there is a mark on the end of the crank and a mark on the block casting....u cant miss it and it very easy to do....
as for the cluster....u need to reflow the soilder joints....remove cluster and remove circut board...u will see 3 small blu reistors together.....on the other side u will need to reflow the joints....hope this helps

another point on the timing belt, the camshaft marks are supposed to be facing each other, but, there are two marks that will stay opposite each other. You are supposed to use a straight edge and make sure all 4 marks are in a straight line. You can have the marks facing each other and the timing could end up off a tooth. The car will run, not very well, but it would run. Also take note that the camshaft gears have 'up' stamped into them, make sure they are facing up when you retime the engine.
