Where is the oil filter located ('98 stratus)

I need to change my oil and oil filter. I have found the oil pan but I can't find the oil filter; does anyone one know where it is located underneath the car? Thanks for the help!!!

2.5 liter

I believe its located on the block right behind the radiator.
