I keep getting boiling water in the coolant pressure container. Ive replaced water pump thermostat coolant and bleed valve. I replaced a bad high speed fan relay. There is steam coming out of a container port on the back. Not sure if this port is supposed to be sealed by factory and blew out. Any ideas??

Did you get a new cap? I had this issue on a different vehicle and went through the whole system only to find out the cap was not letting the system build up enough pressure to raise the boiling point.
