Last night while driving the check engine light came on and the car shut off. It cranks but won't fire. I took off the top timing belt cover and the belt doesn't turn when when you turn the key to start the car. Not sure if the belt is broken or something else is wrong. The belt still feels tight.. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks for any help.
