I have a 2000 Dodge Stratus and the sunroof will not close. I have taken the glass off and cleaned and lubed the track. I have moved the "arms" back and forth, but they are still stuck in the up position. I cannot retract manually is there something I am missing to get those arms to retract to the closed position? The motor seems to work, but only goes one way. The vent switch does nothing. I am thinking the switch is bad, for sure. Any help appreciated. If I can just get it to the closed position I would be ecstatic.
