Default 2004 Dodge Stratus SE 2.4 SOHC starter

Turning the key to start does nothing, no clicking, turning over or anything. I'm assuming it's the starter (I have cleaned all battery terminals and connections, if I'm wrong, please let me know), but I can't seem to find the starter at all. The only thing I've found online is someone saying it's right under the air box, but I'm not seeing it. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

The problem maybe a blown fuse for the ASD relay. This is the most common problem. Check the fuse, I believe its a 20 amp mini fuse. If it blown. Replace the starter and the fuse. If you want to test the circuit. Make a circuit breaker to replace the fuse, because you will be replacing the fuse's.
