I think my IAC needs to be replaced
I have a 2000 dodge stratus (2.4l). it recently started shutting off when ever I slow down to stop. The RPMs would drop and it would shut off. It would crank up again with no problem. so I googled the problem. A lot of people had the same problem and the majority of the time it was a dirty IAC that needed to be cleaned or replaced. I took out my Haynes manual and tried to locate exactly where the IAC was located. Unfortunately for me the book didn't have an illustration for my model of car (2.4l). Can someone please help me locate it. I have one more thing I need some help with the associate at autozone to me to check my vacuum lines to see if I have a leak. I've never done that before can someone suggest a link or where I can go to read up on how to do that. Thanks guys for your help.
