96 stratus radio,power locks and lights problem.

last month my 96 stratus had a problem blowing a fuse under the hood and would not start so I fixed the problem by installing a new starter. now I get no power to the radio, power door locks or the interior lighting. I have looked at every fuse and all are good! has any one else had this problem or know what wiring diagram to look for? My chilton gives verry little help when it comes to wiring issues...
