Hello there I am at a loss with my car, I tried to put brand new radiator fans in my car and I plug them in and they wont turn on. I turned my ac on and they should go right on no matter what right? idk what is going on but i need some help or suggestions.

 

Power to them? Checked fuses and relays and temp sensor? Check engine light on?
