Default Power Steering Leak... Drivers side?

Hello. 2006, Stratus with the 2.4l DOHC engine. I just developed a power steering leak (about a quart every 20-30 miles) and when I looked under the car the ATF was leaking from the drivers side coming from above the transmission pan. It wasn't from the transmission. Fluid is fine there. I tried looking at diagrams of the PS system but two-dimensional figures can only help so much. Anyone know what system related parts go through that area? I'm betting the cooling lines...

I took the liberty of adding pictures. I was trying to see if I could get a good view of what was going on, but I can't take my lug nuts off my tire. 22° F here today not to mention the rust. But here are some pictures

Red ATF by drain. This was 15 minutes of the car just sitting.

Closer look.

On the sway bar covered in ATF.

I think the leak is coming from right above here

But my boots on the rack to pinion are dry.

See? Here's the other one

As an added bonus, here's what my lug nuts did to my tire iron today
