I replaced the timing belt in my 2003 Stratus about 6 months ago. I ended up driving it around with the timing belt cover off for about a month and all was fine until i drove through some mud and then my crankshaft position sensor started having problems. So I cleaned out the mud real good and replaced the cover and that seemed to fix the sensor problems. Then about 1 month later the check engine light came on and the car would not start until it sat for at least 8 hours. The diagnostic tool i used said it was the crankshaft sensor so I replaced the sensor the other day and the check engine light went off but the problem persists. Basically the car starts and runs awesome but will not start again for at least 8 hours.

Update:So the check engine came back on this morning and the ODB Code is P0340 which is the Camshaft position sensor. Are there any ideas out there about what would cause the car not to start except for every 8 hours?
