Default 2006 stratus in limp mode

2006 Stratus with 2.4 L. I had a service engine soon light, so I used a code reader to find out that I had a P0760 code. Solenoid C issue. I replaced the Solenoid. While I was there I went ahead and replaced the input and output speed sensors. Cleared the code and took the car for a drive. Still in limp mode with P0700 code as well as P0113. I know the P0700 code is a general tranny code. P0113 is intake air temp sensor. I guess it's possible but I just don't see the intake air sensor effecting the tranny. Is there anything else on the tranny that might be causing it to still be in limp mode?

Thanks
