Have a 2002 Stratus and replaced timing belt water pump. Now for some reason can not get timing right. thought we had not moved anything. The left cam gear stays about 2 teeth off. Reset it a few times turn motor over 2 times and goes back to same spot Tired to set it just below didnt help. Is anything else I can do? Heard may lossen camshaft and time it that way
