Default replacing starter in 99 stratus 2.0

i was told i had to loosen a motor mount and jack up the engine to change the starter so i did a search and can't find anything about this. i have to chance the starter tonight outside and its about 15* here. the car was blowing the fuel relay fuse (i believe). i put in a new battery and sometimes get just a click when i turn the key. a few tries usually does the trick. anyway i need to know what i'm up against later...

thanks,
mjXIII
