Interior Long-shot

I am in the process of trying to develop a plan for changing the standard beige/tan portions of the interior of my 01 Stratus R/T. I really don't want to resort to any spray paint-type resolves for the plastic/vinyl pieces (e.g. sunroof button trim, door interior pieces, rear seat release lever, etc). Is there anyplace where these pieces may be available to the general public? Without going through a dealer?

Not completely sure yet. Either black or gray. Like I said, I'm in the planning stages.

POSSIBLY, maybe even some chrome.... depends on if anything is available... and how tacky it might look.
