power window problem

having a problem with the passenger side window on a 97 stratus 2.4l 4cyl, when you use either the driver switch or the passenger side switch neither will raise the window, but both will lower the window. just wondering if the moter needs to be changed or if its just in the wiring somewhere. any help would be greatly appreciated.
