Default 98 strat help

Need help with my 98 Strat. It started running bad after a long trip a few months back. I changed plugs, wires, cap and rotor, pcv and air filter. That didn't help. It runs worse when it gets warmed up. It seems to want to stall while running around 45-50 like its not getting gas or something. Sometimes it bucks a little at stop lights. Almost died on me yesterday when I hit the brakes hard to avoid someone pulling out in front of me. Had a mech. buddy check for codes and found none. No check engine light comes on either. I did get a pretty good jolt while feeling around for a loose connection. Checked plugs to make sure they weren't cracked and made sure wires were tight. Any suggestions?????

Default RE: 98 strat help

Try checking your o2 sensor. Sometimes when its going bad or going out it can act in a much similar way. I'd also check your fuel filter.
