Default Question about TCM.

Hi everyone. I have a 97 Stratus SDN 2.4 Cyl, AT Transmission and I have a problem with my transmission. It started with an engine light coming on about 3 wks ago and I happen to have a scan tool that I got for Christmas on 04. Well the codes show that I have a P0700 and a P0740 error. It says about a Transmission Control System Malfunction and Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfuction. My question is where is the TCM located and how do I check to make sure if that is the problem? Do I have to get another one and what about the TCC? Where is that located? How do I check for that? Thanx in advance.
