Default Brakes

I was just toying with an idea and wanted to get some thoughts. I have an '04 Stratus SE Sedan. Disc brakes in front. Drums in rear. No ABS.

Does any one know of a conversion kit or something that will give me 4 wheel disc ABS. I eventually want to get drilled and slotted rotors, but I need to convert first.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone!!
