Default Brake line won't bleed?

I had the passenger rear brake cylinder blow out on the wifes 98 Stratus. She drove home and the brake fluid was completely empty. I changed the cylinders aswell as the pads. I did the passenger side first,no problems. When i was done with the drivers side, i was going to bleed the line but for some reason no fluid would come out. I removed the brake line out of the cylinder to see if it was infact not releasing fluid and it was indeed not letting any out. I haven't bleed the front lines yet. Is the Master Cylinder damaged or do you think it might bleed after bleeding the front lines? Any thoughts?
