Default Locks frozen

I think my outside locks might be frozen (can't turn them to un-lock) is there any kind of spray that can grease them or get the un-stuck?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

lock de-icer is a good bet and its cheap to. the only problem with warm water is chances are it'll freeze again. use some lock deicer and once its thawed spray silicone spray or something similar to help prevent freexing again.
