Default AC/Heater motor only works on high

1999 Stratus AC/Heater blower motor only works on high. Where should I look first to fix the problem?

Common problem to these cars,
Look for the resistor block for the blower motor control.
Someone with your year car needs to help you find it, as I have an 02 Coupe, and it is probably different.

Its usually behind the glove box on passanger side obviously. The blower motor resistor pack has something that looks like a diode and can usually be replaced with something found at radio shack for a buck or two. I havent actually seen an 01 strat resistor pack though this knowledge is from other cars.
