Default Spring install price

I recently purchased the Eibach Pro lowering kit and was just wondering about the install price. The local shop said about $300 for front and rear? I have no idea if this is reasonable as this is a job I cannot do on my own.
2nd with 80,000 miles someone suggested I should just replace the bushings if I'm gunna have the springs taken off anyways. . . thoughts? If so, is there a such thing as "aftermarket" bushings or something performance based that I should go with. What kind of cost am I looking at here? Thanks for your help.

Default RE: Spring install price

Seems a tad high to me, but I guess when your figure $60 to $80/hr, 4 hours sounds about right for the task. Maybe hunt down a tire shop or small repair shop for a better quote?
Personally, it is a simple job, just go get a spring compressor dirt cheap at your local parts store ($20-$25 bucks), and do it in your garage some Satruday.
2cents

to add on to what vince said, if you get it apart, most places (i know that murrays does it) will put the springs on the struts for you.
