hey whats up everybody, i have a 1999 stratus 2.0 manual trans car and i was getting ready to trade car in tomorrow and now it wont start. i have found that the 20 amp fuse for pcm/asd keeps blowing when trying to start car. i have swapped relays and nothing has changed. i REALLY REALLY need some help i need this car to run for my trade in. thanks in advance for all your help.
